Liked:The property manager was vrry friendly, responsive and followed through on whatever we requested. Laundry the same day? No problem. Information? No problem. Schedule airport transfer? No problem. Could you check the door lock? Immediately - No problem. Is everything going okay? Need anything else? A busy man and very customer focused. The property is on the southern end of Fira, away from a lot of the tourist foot traffic. So on the quieter side I thought. But there are foot paths that take you into Fira and numerous dining options within 1 to 5 min walk. A supermarket about 100 yds away, a post office 5 min walk away. The unit we rented had ocean views, the Caldera view from the living room, the eastern sea and sunrise from the bedroom, and right outside the front entrance, you can sit on chairs and have a great view of the sunset. Room and facilities were really clean, seemed newly painted. Room cleaning everyday. So highly recommended in my opinion.
