Family Vacation

Liked:My family and I stayed at the Sheraton Santo Domingo for our vacation this past May, and it was just as wonderful as our previous visit. Both times, we experienced phenomenal service from a team that was professional, welcoming, and attentive. During our most recent stay, we stayed on the Executive Floor, which included access to the lounge. The entire team made us feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, especially when traveling with our children, including our 6-month-old. A special thank you to Ana Santos, who was incredibly thoughtful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. We are already looking forward to returning!
