Liked:Reply not like at all, the only good about this location its walking less than 5 minutes its Square 360 a decent restaurant save me to have some dinner.

Disliked:Learned, when you have to pay in advance in Booking its a not a good place, small rooms, old furniture, tv signal not exist, if need elevator forget this place, breakfast its fair, nothing delicious, and its the first place where no delivery on my hand a receipt during the check out, disappointing, place in the downtown are much better

Liked:Exceptional Staff: The team is genuinely warm, accommodating, and highly professional. Impeccable Cleanliness: Housekeeping does a fantastic job; all three rooms were spotless. Quality Breakfast: The breakfast service was well prepared and made for a great start to the day.

Disliked:We booked three rooms for a family graduation trip. While the hospitality was commendable, the property's physical condition and the hotel’s highly misleading "deluxe" pricing tier made for an incredibly frustrating stay. All Three Rooms Across all of our reservations, the physical infrastructure fell far short of modern expectations: Outdated & Inaccessible: All three rooms looked like time capsules stuck in the 1950s. We were placed on the 4th floor with absolutely no elevator access, which is an exhausting climb with luggage, and we had dismal views. The "Deluxe" Bait-and-Switch We paid a premium to upgrade one of our reservations to a "Deluxe" room, which turned out to be a complete waste of money and actually the most uncomfortable room of the three. Failing AC: While the standard rooms had functioning air conditioning, the AC unit in our premium "deluxe" room was entirely ineffective, making it miserable to sleep in. Zero Size Difference: The deluxe room and bed were the exact same size as our standard rooms. There was absolutely zero added square footage or upgraded furniture to justify the upcharge. The Same 4th-Floor Walk-up: Despite paying for a premium tier, it still required the same four-story climb with no elevator. Despite the wonderful staff and clean environment, absolutely none of the rooms at this property are worth the money.
