Liked:We chose this place to stay before taking our flight from Santiago airport, and it was a great decision, just a 15-minute drive and convenient. The hotel is simple but nice and safe, and has direct lift access to a private underground parking. The room was clean and the staff were great. The area is a bit rough, so I would recommend being careful and avoid walking around at night (but no reason to be scared either, just common sense needed). The parking has direct lift access to the hotel so it's very safe if you're driving there.

Disliked:The only issue for us was that the parking entrance was a bit difficult to find at night (yellow/green gate after the hotel towards the bus station, the parking entrance is shared with another building). If you don't find it I recommend calling reception for directions.
