Liked:Close to the airport, the rooms were sound proof, the bed very comfortable, everything you need after a long flight. There was nowhere to go outside of the hotel as it was in an industrial area, but that’s the compromise of staying at the airport.

Disliked:A warning. Everything about the hotel was fine. We had pick up problems which had nothing to do with the hotel staff. We went to the pick up spot and a few minutes later a car comes up and the driver asks if we are going to the Hilton, he was trying to pass himself off as the hotel shuttle, we only realised he wasn’t when we asked him how much we had to pay and he said $5 for parking fee. The hotel shuttle has Hilton written on it. We saw another group get caught by this.

Very ordinary and disappointing

Liked:It was clean and the beds were comfortable

Disliked:The restaurant area was cold. We had to go back to our room and put more layers on. The TV in our room didn't work. When I asked for another room I was told all the TVs in the building are not working due to aerial reception issues. The shuttle.bus driver to the airport the following morning did not acknowledge us or engage us at all. A smile and a hello. Have a nice day! would go a long way

Great location for an overnight near the airport

Liked:Great hotel for short stay near the airport. The food fr9m the onsite restaurant was excellent! Breakfast buffet was amazing! The room was spacious and clean. The coin washer and dryer was great. Staff was friendly and very very helpful!!

Disliked:The only recommendation is for the hotel to turn on the saunas. It was turn off and took a long time to heat up.
