Almasur Providencia exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay there again.

Liked:I found the staff extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. There was also a gym and a laundry. The hotel was located in a very safe area and as I was travelling alone, this was important to me.

Excellent the facility to stay. Breakfast self service could be improved

Liked:Breakfast was ok. Coffee machine was every day malfunctioning. Somehow the scrambled eggs were cold everyday and the waiting time to get new recently made was too long

Liked:From the moment i walked in I felt a welcome from all the staff. In particular the lovely lady on reception. Everyone was particularly accomodating. They have a great restaurant and cocktail bar as well. The room was very clean and new. I highky recommend this hotel for good value for money.
