Disliked:That the toilette paper wasn't enough,that u pay all inclusive but u still need to buy drink for lunch and dinner.thez dint clean the room well

Liked:Rooms cleaned regularly, breakfast good, lots of sunbeds, great beach opposite.

Disliked:only thing was queues at reception and on some days for breakfast if you didn't get there early enough

Ok, but lots of things to improve

Liked:I like the pools and the guy who did the water exercises inside the pool. Very good idea and keep going with that. I liked also that we had many things included like umbrela and towels for swimming pool

Disliked:1. I didn’t like the people at reception, very untrained and very tired of their job. Every time when you ask something they look at you like you are bothering them 2. They asked money to use the safe. Just increase the room price and don’t ask separate money for that 3. The cleaning was done daily which I appreciate but was not done good 4. The breakfast was with many options but the rice was smelly and expired and also other things. 5. You don’t have an option to book for parking and of course the parking was not available when I arrived and I had to park my car like 1km from location. They have to sort this so you can book the parking in advance. 6. That is not a for sure a 4 stars hotel according to my standard. Maybe according to others but maybe 3 stars 7. The beach in front of the hotel is the worst one I have ever seen. That is not sand, those are rocks and you break your feet if you walk there and the water is 2 m high soon as you step in to the sea. Don’t dream that you can swim with your kids there.
