Good but definitely not superior comfort room - building needed refreshing.

Liked:Fantastic location. 8 mins walk from the A11 airport bus stop. Less than 5 mins from the beach.

Disliked:Very thin walls - could even hear the tap running in the next room. Flat pillows, a lady before me at reception asked for me and was told there weren’t any. I asked to move rooms at my neighbours were up til 1am but was told I couldn’t move until day 3. My bathroom toilet leaked - room 4104. I requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together. It definitely did not seem like a superior room. Overlooked the road. Steam room was broken. No towels in spa area.
