Liked:Hotel location was great also staff were very pleasant and food was really good. Down fall expensive for alcohol

Disliked:Price of alcohol got same drinks cheaper

Liked:The location is perfect. The staff at the restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. At front desk Aminia was very welcoming and met u with a very positive vibe.

Disliked:I did book sea view but from the balcony it was not possible to see anything since it was at bottom floor. This should be more clear for customers when make the reservations. I would call it sea side and not sea view. U need a room at 3rd floor or higher to see the ocean. Front desk staff need to be more alert and smile a bit more, more energy. Aminia is the role model, I guess she is the manager for the front desk. Not sure. The property is worn a bit and soon need a refurbishment to keep the 4 star level.

Liked:Hotel entrance is very inviting, clean and bright and the reception staff were pleasant and nothing was a problem. Rooms was spacious and clean. The towels were changed every day.

Disliked:I can't fault the hotel.
