The cockroaches infestation was not resolved by the hotel until the last day!

Disliked:The property failed to maintain basic health, hygiene, and safety standards, resulting in severe emotional stress and an unsanitary environment. The hotel staff and management repeatedly failed to handle our situation appropriately. As we discovered cockroaches we have complained directly to the hotel reception. We explicitly requested to be moved to a different room. The staff refused the room change but promised to perform a "deep cleaning." Upon returning to the apartment, we found no evidence of a deep clean — only a can of commercial insect spray left behind. The infestation was not resolved, and we had to kill 3 more cockroaches that night. We returned to the reception desk with photographic evidence of the pests and asked again to be moved to a different room. No help or alternative accommodation was provided. That night, we had to kill another 4 cockroaches. We escalated the issue again. It was only at this point, on our final full day, that the hotel provided cockroach traps in the apartment and cleaning. Leaving bug spray for guests to handle an infestation themselves is completely unacceptable. Waiting until the last day to provide proper traps shows the hotel did not take our health or comfort seriously. Corrective measures and a room change should have been provided on day one. The hotel breached its contract to provide habitable lodging and failed to offer a meaningful, timely remedy.

Liked:No breakfast included, but close to the appartment were restaurants and shopping area. Close area to the beach and Solar Eclipse watching. Very good impression of the place

Disliked:Lack of place for car (payable EUr 40/night ) and swimming pool only till 6pm. It should be open till 10pm or longer. Nearest beaches a bit dirty

Disliked:Poor maintenance. The bedroom door was scraping and hard to shut. Soap dispenser hanging off wall, toilet cistern constantly flushing and loos toilet seat. Just didn’t feel like they had a maintenance checking system in place
