Not a pleasant stay

Liked:The staff were generally polite. Unfortunately, there was not much else we enjoyed about our stay.

Disliked:The hotel was a major disappointment and did not feel like the property advertised online. The building and rooms are very old, and the rooms were not particularly clean. Hot water was inconsistent, sometimes working and sometimes not. The location is inconvenient, with very little around the hotel, so we had to use Uber to get almost anywhere. The pool was not very appealing, and the food was extremely basic. The key cards repeatedly stopped working, meaning we had to go back and forth to reception several times during our stay to have them reactivated. Communication was also difficult as the staff did not speak English. Most importantly, we felt the hotel was overpriced for what we received. We paid a relatively high price for the quality and experience, and in hindsight we could have paid only slightly more to stay at a much nicer hotel nearby.

Enjoybale Hotel stay great memories of the beach and Hotel Santorini

Liked:We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and Olympica. The breakfast was good and the staff we're always really nice! The pool was enjoyable as well. I liked the decorations especially the Galleons. The staff and reception we're very friendly and super helpful, tell them thank you!

Disliked:The only thing was when you eat outside for breakfast there are birds that eat your food and poop on the chairs, I didn't see the poop on the chair and when i sat down I got it on my shirt. The birds are beautiful and it was a great experience to see the birds up close. But this is a very minor thing you just have to watch where you sit.

Great place to stay

Liked:The staff were very helpful and there was always someone around who spoke English I was on my own but I felt happy and safe The breakfast was great It was a minutes walk from a safe beautiful beach There were some things that could use some fixing - for example my card to swipe into my room didn't always work, a sensor light kept flickering all night
