Disliked:The fact they ask for me and my wife 40 euros per hour for a late check out, and do not realize that i arrived 9 hours after my check in. The Fact i said i was a Diplomat, i will notify our local turism department for this kind of politic with no human side or understanding

Disliked:Quite possibly the worst holiday of my life. Food poisoning hit on day one and didn't let go all week. The hotel wrongly charged me a no-show fee, a billing dispute that took two months to sort out. And the pool? Closed for days after human waste was found floating in it. I'll spare you the rest. Never again.

Liked:It is a huge holiday hotel packed with guests. Everything is well organised through an app, where you can request services and book restaurants. There is always food available and unlimited drinks. The internet connection is good everywhere. The staff are all very friendly.

Disliked:When it is late it is difficult to get new towels and after eight it is not possible to return towels. The main restaurant can be quite busy during peak time and some popular restaurants can be difficult to book. Our room has a mouldy smell, but I guess it is normal considering the proximity to the sea. The room is spacious but not very sound-proofing.
