Liked:Oscar was very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, comfy bed and fabulous decor!

Absolutely Stunning Villa - Geat Experience

Liked:The Villa has exceeded our expectations with its stunning views, big pool, gorgeous high standard design interior with attention to detail, comfy beds, daily room service and yummy breakfast. Oscar and Steffano were exceptional hosts looking after our comfort. We were a bigger group and truly felt like at home. I have appreciated Oscar's and Steffano's generosity to arrange a traditional Sicilian cake for my birthday and treat us to Limoncelo. Our stay and birthday celebration was just perfect thank to the hosts. Highly recommended for a retreat holidays or get togethers!

Disliked:That I had to go home :)

Very pleasant area, nice countryside and sea views.

Liked:Villa Flavia is in lovely countryside with wonderful sea views and beautiful gardens. The breakfast was very nice with a good selection of items and very pleasant terrace to eat it on with views of the surrounding countryside and sea. There is a nice well maintained pool, with sunbeds. The owners, Stefano and Oscar were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautifully furnished, as is the whole villa. I really enjoyed the garden and relaxed atmosphere of the whole place.

Disliked:The location was a bit out of the way, there is a local free bus occasionally which we caught once and the owners of the Villa kindly gave us a lift part way home one evening but a car would be a definite advantage. The nearest restaurant is a twenty minute walk. The best beach we found was at Sant Elia, which was a thirty minute walk away although there are nearer ones we thought that one was the best for us with some sand and a couple of beach bars at the top of the beach.

Beautiful location with great restaurants conviently located to visit Palermo and Cefalu by train.

Liked:beautiful location, decorated with taste and having a very familiar feel to it. near de sea, perfect to go for a little swim. private parking, friendly and helpful hosts, super breakfast and the terrasse has the best view for the aperitif in the evening.
