Disappointed

Liked:The hotel was clean and in a great location where we could walk to many things.

Disliked:We were charged a $25 fee after we left the hotel. We called to ask about it and they were able to provide us with very little information other than saying there was a “stain” on the linens. The front desk person said they would look into it because there were no other notes, but she never called back to give us more information. We had no idea what they were referring to because the linens all seemed fine when we left and we did not eat or drink on the beds. We were very disappointed to be hit with this fee at the end after we had already left and had limited ability to argue it, especially since they had no notes on what the “stain” was so we weren’t even sure what they were referring to. If this had been a fancy hotel, I might have understood that they had high standards and maybe we spilt something and didn’t realize it, but this was a very average, unimpressive hotel.
