Outstanding brand new hotel, so close to the boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again.

Liked:Rooms were amazing and huge! Super tall 15+ft ceilings on the first floor. I’m stunned this hotel was so reasonable.

Disliked:The pool was slightly underwhelming, and there was no hot tub.

Overpriced with no customer service.

Liked:The location to the boardwalk and beach is great. Hotel is clean.

Disliked:Complete lack of any customer service. There isn’t even a brochure or any paperwork in the hotel room with information about the hotel (Wi-Fi password, pool and restaurant hours, etc). It feels like you check in and you’re on your own. Front desk provided no information when asked about nearby restaurants- thru said they didn’t know. No one came to clean the room during our stay and no staff was available to help with luggage despite 5 employees sitting at the mandatory valet parking kiosk - they just watch you unload and load your car and move your luggage. Overall hotel is clean but too expensive and completely lacks any customer service.
