Liked:AMAZING! This was one of the best hotels we've stayed in as a family. We visited the hotel the end of June for our hiking trip. The location was perfect. We had 3/4 board which included breakfast, a snack in the afternoon and then a fixed dinner menu with a couple of choices. The food was fantastic. We were concerned with the fixed menu that someone in the family would not like the food, but that didn't happen. We all found the food to be very good. To be honest, I had some of the best dessert I've ever had in a restaurant there. The rooms were beautiful. My wife and I had a Junior Suite with an amazing mountain view. The room was modern with a rustic feel and just looked great. Our sons' room was more standard, but also looked good. The pool and spa area were also top notch with an indoor pool leading to an outdoor pool and a sauna section for adults underground. The sauna section was very well decorated. You feel like you're under the mountain in a grotto. We did not use the wellness services, so I can't comment on that. Parking... underground parking! The parking area is clean and well lit and just for hotel guests. The best part of the hotel was the staff. Our server, Sara, was super friendly and engaging, asking us about out day and offering advice on what to do in the area when we asked. She wasn't "too much", but her enthusiasm and hospitality really added to the hotel experience. If you're looking for a hotel in this area, we highly recommend checking it out. It is well worth the visit.

Great Food !!

Liked:We stayed here for 5 nights recently on a skiing trip and just wanted to say how excellent the food was, truly excellent. Just so interesting with such attention to detail, and different. A selection and quality you just would not see in the UK and many other places TBH. The hotel generally is very comfortable with excellent and friendly service , I would highly recommend it .

Liked:Classis, comfortable upmarket and well located hotel with great cuisine, quiet and large comfortable rooms and staff where nothing is an issue. We traveled with a dog...they organized everything...with a smile. A pleasure....will return as soon as I can

Modern, comfortable room, decent value and secure garage parking for motorbikes.

Liked:Very nice modern and spacious room, with a large balcony. The room was very quiet with a comfortable bed and blackout window shutters, all resulting in a good nights’ sleep. The rate included breakfast and dinner and felt like decent value. Secure underground parking for motorbikes.

Disliked:The bathroom had a drain type smell emanating from the shower tray. Dinner was pleasant but very rushed. At least 5 minutes between courses would be better.
