Great staff, friendly and patient!! Beautiful buildings perfectly nested in the beachside community!

Liked:Loved the eclectic decorations and unique feeling of the entire place!! Would love to know more about its history! I felt like I was stepping into someone’s personal art collection!

All in all, a bit overpriced for what you get.

Liked:Staff was very nice, location was great, and the atmosphere was lovely.

Disliked:It felt a bit run down and could use some upgrades, like new carpet in the stairs. Being gluten intolerant, there wasn’t much I could eat at breakfast.

Liked:I booked this property because it was shown as being colourful, unique, quirky, charming

Disliked:I was not accommodated onsite, but across the road at another property…I did not have a patio as shown in the photos, there were no ceiling fans as depicted…my view was of a car park, not the pooled area or lush gardens

The Villa Rose is a mixed bag with a great location and charm but needs A/C and upkeep.

Liked:The location is great, and the staff was very nice.

Disliked:Villa Rose has no A/C. I didn't realize this until I arrived. I thought the hotel would be charming, and it was, but in a cluttered, Grandma's attic sort of way. The pool area included an old wadded-up tarp and some litter--as well as some beautiful plants and quirky statues.
