very pleasant stay with a nice view of the Harbor.

Liked:breakfast was fine, We enjoyed the afternoon complimentary wine and hors d'oeuvres. the pool and spa were nice. Location was excellent to the beach and wharf, with many restaurants in walking distance.

Disliked:All was fine.

Great way to visit my grandchildren who live in Santa Barbara.

Liked:Location was perfect.

Disliked:Would have enjoyed fruit at breakfast and decaf coffee.

Would prefer to have someone at the front desk at all times

Liked:Not much of a choice. Had to wait for hot coffee employees were very pleasant had to wait two hours to get the room cleaned got there at 3:00 couldn’t get in to the room until two hours later

Disliked:Parking situation was bad

Disliked:What I didn't like: Delayed check-in (over 3 hours), poor customer service at the front desk, and being assigned a room without air conditioning on the first night.
