Noisy room

Liked:Slow service, no response even after notifying them at least three times about the noisy background noise from the HVAC which kept us up at night for all three nights. The only solution was wear ear plugs which did not help.

Marvelous Hotel experience in Santa Barbara!

Liked:Hotel was a treat in beautiful Santa Barbara where every day is remarkable! Valet parking is worth it! Hotel staff treated us very well! Enjoyed the daily wine tasting event between 5-6 pm. Front desk answered all our many questions. Room was incredible with four poster bed. Robes and slippers were provided. Bathroom had both shower and tub with provided bath salts. Hotel was close to many nearby attractions. Great views and swimming pool on upper deck. Enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Will return again to this magnificent hotel.
