This place was very clean but the staff wasn’t the most attentive unless you’re a certain race.

Hotel Stay

Liked:The bed was nice and comfortable. Pool was cool, but nice for a morning swim.

Disliked:I was evacuated from my home due to the chemical spill in Garden Grove CA. I ran into several other guests who were in the same situation as me. It would have been nice to have the hotel staff recognize our distress and maybe provide a slight break on the room price, or free coffee. My coffee maker didn't work, and I called the front desk for a replacement. It never came. A guest invited me to have coffee from her breakfast perk. Also check in girl continued to monitor her personal phone texts as she was checking me in. She kept scrolling and checking her phone as I tried to get checked in.
