Disliked:Dear Management, I am writing to report several serious issues during my recent stay at your property on [Dates of Stay], under reservation number [Reservation Number].The cleanliness and quality standards fell far below acceptable levels. Specifically, I experienced the following issues:Dirty Hallways: The hallway carpets on the [Floor Number] floor were heavily stained, dirty, and had not been properly vacuumed or cleaned.Poor Pool Conditions: The swimming pool water was cloudy and uninviting, raising concerns about proper chemical maintenance and sanitation.Inedible Breakfast: The hot breakfast buffet featured sausage meat of such poor quality that it was completely unpalatable and horrible to taste. Just look at the amount of discarded waste toed out in your dining area, trash cans. You need more than two waffle makers. These conditions detracted significantly from my stay. I request a prompt review of these operational areas and would appreciate hearing how management plans to address these issues. Sincerely, Ken
