Liked:There was a sitting area. Bed was comfy. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower. Staff was friendly.

I was too tired , I just needed some sleep — but if it were earlier in the day I would have left .

Liked:Hi My reservation wasn’t available when I arrived , as a result they had to downgrade me because there were sold out .

Disliked:They could have not overbooked .

Overall, the hotel is nice but overpriced.

Liked:I love how spacious the rooms are. My children and I usually stay there overnight when visiting family in Richmond.

Disliked:I’m disappointed with the extra fees during our stay. Paying an additional $10 per night for parking after already spending $196 for a one-night stay feels excessive. On top of that, there’s also a charge for a later checkout. While we’ve always loved staying at this hotel, the rising room rates and added costs have made it difficult to justify returning. Unfortunately, we’ll likely look for other places to stay when visiting Richmond in the future.
