Never again

Liked:I’m sorry to say that I’ve never been so happy to return home after spending 6 nights here. The weather has been truly appalling which I know isn’t the hotels fault but it helped me realise just how little this hotel has to offer! The location is very nice, the staff are lovely but I have nothing else to say in the positive. No facilities other than a nice bar and restaurant. We hoped to use the spa for relaxation but when we were told we had to use a public facility 200 metres away we were so disappointed. We tried to look around the Perla spa but were told we would be charged to enter. A 10% discount to hotel guests was offered but this didn’t really work for us. So we have done lots of walking, mainly in the wind and rain and thank goodness for Zara our shopping trips there have been the highlight of our trip 😞

This must be the best Hotel to stay in San Sebastian

Liked:The view from the bedroom was stunning - the Hotel couldn't be in a better location and the bedroom/ bathroom were spotless - they even had a magnifying mirror in the bathroom - my pet hate when they don't. We did eat and drink in the cafe area and outside - service, food and drinks all excellent.

Disliked:No complaints!
