We will be returning to this resort next month

Liked:My husband and I stayed at this resort for my birthday. The resort is in an excellent location near town (around 5 minutes). The atmosphere was very relaxing and chill. Our one bedroom condo #104 was clean and we were supplied with enough wash rags and towels. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace that overlooked the ocean. (The ocean had sargassum which is beyond their control) it was supplied with chairs, table, and a hammock which made our experience extra cozy. The resort also has an outdoor pool that was very clean and inviting. It was definitely worth the money spent for this beautiful and quiet easy going space. We drove our golf cart around 30 minutes to Secret Beach (the most gorgeous beach on the island). There we enjoyed fresh food while we dined out in the ocean. The food was good and fresh as always while the fish swam around our legs. Checking into this resort was truly a pleasure. Denny and Harvey at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. James (the owner) also brings a very relaxed energy which was great for us. He’s always available via WhatsApp after hours. They supplied us with cold drinks after a long travel (or what felt like a long travel). The service was very caring. I called for something and they were right there at my door supplying what I asked for which was an extra blanket. There weee 2 restaurants on the beach behind the resort. We had a drink at doghouse and had dinner at 303 restaurant and the food was absolutely delish. We will be returning to this resort again in August with other family members. Thank you tres coco for a wonderful experience with your resort and staff.

Great Condo-Amazing Staff

Liked:Two couples stayed in unit 305 for a week and it was perfect! The condo was clean and came with everything you may need-including drinking water. The beds were surprisingly comfortable as well. The location was nice-not far from downtown San Pedro with a golf cart but far enough that it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The best part of this resort though was the staff! They helped us rent a golf cart, arrange pickup and drop off at the ferry terminal, and anything we had questions about or needed they answered right away and it was taken care of. 10/10 customer service! They went above and beyond helping us get back an item my husband left in the condo which they did not have to do and we are beyond appreciative of. The Dog House was awesome as well with friendly staff, owners, and great drinks and food. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Belize.

Would recommend!

Liked:We booked the deluxe penthouse two bedroom for our family of four. I somehow missed that the unit had AC, so that was a very pleasant surprise upon arrival. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including a washer and dryer that allowed us to get all of the laundry done mid-vacation and pack less on the trip. The location is quiet, and the room rates were affordable, especially compared to some of the other options I evaluated. The front desk staff were super helpful answering my many questions, prepping the kitchen with breakfast groceries, booking our rides from/to the airport, and helping us get a taxi to/from our snorkeling adventure.
