Confusing charge at check in⁸

Liked:The staff was really nice. The villa was clean. I found everything convenient.

Disliked:1. The villa 24 has a sewer smell coming from the bathroom in the first floor. 2. I will be great to have paper towel on the kitchen. 3. The lady's bathroom by the pool was dirty (someone pooped on the floor, and step on it). I reported and was taken care. 4. My reservation was for 2 villas for a total of 10 people. I paid $354. The day before my check in, I received a call from the hotel to inform me that I need to pay additional $60 to add 2 beds because the villa accommodate 4. Eventhough they let me reserved one villa for 4 and the other villa for 6.

Good stay overall but experienced a few issues.

Liked:The villa was nice, clean and spacious. The view was beautiful.

Disliked:The pool and bar/restaurant facility closes early. I was informed the restaurant closes at 8pm so I went to the restaurant to order dinner at 750pm and they told me the kitchen was closed and they couldn’t take my order. The bedroom downstairs had a smell of sewer that appeared to be coming from the downstairs bathroom connected to the room.
