Liked:TreeCasa Resort in San Juan del Sur is absolutely beautiful and truly different from many of the other places we’ve visited in Nicaragua. The property is incredibly well designed, surrounded by nature, and you can tell that a lot of thought and care went into creating the entire experience. The food and drinks were also very good, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit to the area, and while we can personally afford the experience, we did feel that the prices at TreeCasa are extremely high. The cabins are already quite expensive, and what we didn’t particularly like was having to pay significant additional charges for each extra person staying with you.. like children . This is not all inclusive. So for us, it doesn’t make sense, even after paying for the cabin. Considering that food and drinks are purchased separately as well, the additional per-person charges felt excessive. The food and drinks, although very good, are also quite pricey. I think this makes it difficult for many people who would otherwise love the opportunity to experience such a beautiful place. That being said, TreeCasa really is a special resort. It’s beautiful, unique, peaceful, and very well done. I truly believe that if they made their pricing a little more reasonable, especially the additional guest fees , they could attract even more visitors and probably stay completely full much of the time. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would recommend seeing this beautiful property. I just hope they reconsider some of the pricing because it would make an already amazing resort much more accessible and enjoyable for a wider range of guests.

Great place, try it for yourself you will not be upset.

Liked:Beautiful scenery away from the city of San Juan Del Sur. Staff is very welcoming and saying good morning and helping you in any way they can.

Disliked:There was nothing I did not like. I just forgot to get the name of the mattress to buy one because they are so comfortable.

Bad a lot of mosquitoes and I had roaches

Liked:By pictures everything was perfect but the only nice thing it had was the pool

Disliked:I did not like the property because it was far from the main tourist attractions and felt very isolated. The listing also made it appear as though the property was near the water, but there was no water nearby.
