Liked:The room had a fridge and small table and chairs

Disliked:The mattresses were the old style spring type with a hard edge under the padding. Most likely the cheapest the owner could get. Very uncomfortable. There were no drink making facilities except a hot water flash in reception. The TV remote had to be paid for and was unable of controlling all the features of the TV. It felt like a guest was someone they tolerated instead of welcomed. I would not go back even if it was free.

If the power stayed on for the entire stay, I would say I would stay there again.

Liked:They were clean.

Disliked:The power was out for a good chunk of the stay. When the power was back on the air conditioner and half of the lights didn’t work. The owners (or managers) didn’t do anything like refund part of the money, etc.
