Clean, comfortable, and a great price.

Liked:My first Yotel experience and it will not be my last. It was clean and nicely appointed. The building was beautiful and right across the street from a bart stop. Check in was super easy and we stored our bags at checkout due to a later flight. The pricing was great as well.

Disliked:Nothing, it was one of the best stays I’ve had in a while.

Cool hotel

Liked:A great place and location—it’s super clean and the staff is nice.

Disliked:I would have given this place a 10, but, the 2 times I’ve stayed here, the ice machine does not work—at least the one in the 4th floor. I thought it was out and making more, but I tried at 4am—and still no ice.

Nice room HORRIBLE location

Liked:Clean and cozy

Disliked:The receptionist was very blunt and rude. The security of the hotel did not look like they would be able to do anything if there was a security issue. The area is full of drug addicts and homeless makes it scary to enter and leave the property. I think better security stood on the outside as well as inside would make me feel safer. Out of the windows you can see 10s of homeless people. People were playing music really loud in the rooms near me till late at night when I had an early flight. I tried to call reception and the phone in the room would not dial.
