Clean and Comfortable but Noisy

Liked:Room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Views were pretty good and we liked the lounge sofa.

Disliked:I could clearly hear conversations in the next room, both morning and night. This was especially annoying in the morning while we were trying to sleep in. I could also hear people walking around above us. The rooms need much better noise isolation. The mini-fridge has no temperature controls and could be colder. The drinks at the bar weren't very good.

Disappointing stay despite a good location.

Liked:Location and the third floor restaurant

Disliked:The room, especially the bathroom and toilet area, was not clean. The extra bed provided for our 13-year-old son could hardly be called a bed. It was more like a very hard sleeping surface, and it creaked constantly throughout the night. Charging an extra-bed fee for something of that quality is quite disappointing, especially for a child. Overall, apart from the restaurant on the third floor and the hotel’s location, there was very little that we were satisfied with. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience, and we would not consider staying here again.

Amazing hotel, will definitely come back

Liked:Amazing location, very central. Rooms are new, large and well appointed. The price is fair for the quality. Nicholas at the front desk was very helpful and professional managing our group reservation.
