Liked:I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the tidy room. The location was perfect for our needs.

Great location, but overpriced with limited parking and breakfast

Liked:Excellent location and a clean, comfortable room. The hotel is very convenient for exploring San Francisco on foot, and we were able to walk to many places from here. We also appreciated having complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby 24 hours a day.

Disliked:Parking is a major issue. The hotel has very few parking spaces, and when we arrived, none were available. Finding street parking nearby was extremely difficult, and we eventually had to pay $25 for just 12 hours of parking elsewhere. The breakfast was also very disappointing and extremely limited. There was very little to choose from — basically waffles, muffins, and coffee. There wasn't even bread or toast. I would not really consider this a proper breakfast. The hotel also felt overpriced for what it offers. We paid $522.34 for two nights, which seems excessive for a basic 2-star motel, especially considering that we couldn't use the advertised free parking and the included breakfast was so limited.

Definitely wasn’t the worst, would stay again if I couldn’t find something better.

Liked:The option to choose a larger room than the average motel room, the 24 hour juice & coffee available & the free breakfast.

Disliked:The 2 flights of stairs we had to climb to our room, the extremely small parking garage, the breakfast area was extremely tiny which made getting the free breakfast stressful, the fact that our toilet clogged and the front desk guy brought us up a plunger so we could plunge it ourselves….the fireplace in our room was temperamental, when asked I was told “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t” which cause a gas smell in the room when it didn’t function properly. The fact that I had to pay and extra almost $30 for a 1 1/2 hour late check out after paying over $400 for the room for 2 nights.
