The front desk staff were very unfriendly except for Edwina. Gigi and Alan were unhelpful and caused an hour in my day

Disliked:Didn't like that there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel. We know across the street at your other location there was one but would have preferred to have one in our location.

Meh.

Liked:Hotel was fine, but wouldn’t stay again. The good: location, clean rooms, good AC, easy access to public transportation. The so-so: Noisy rooms unless you’re on the top floor on the inside. No coffee before 7am (if you’re working east coast hours it’s a bummer). Gnats in the bathroom. The “free guest laundry” is two, always occupied, machines that operate on strict 9am-9pm schedule. Front desk staff weren’t helpful, but did push a timeshare sales pitch.
