Great hotel, convenient to Oracle Park and the Embarcadero! Very modern and clean.

Liked:My room was upgraded at no charge to face the street, so I had a great view of Oracle Park. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice coffee service. For the location and convenience to that part of San Francisco, I think the price was reasonable.

Disliked:No complaints.

Disliked:My room had an off and on banging in the corner, loud enough that it sounded like someone was knocking at the door, and I would here water flowing on and off as well

Rude

Liked:Class and rude front desk staff. To manager so you can identify the staff member. She is an African American woman and had stars all over her face and was rude and unfriendly.
