It was a great overnight stay for my son's 20th birthday. We were able to roam Japantown.

Liked:Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and very comfortable.

Liked:The inside has a lot of space to use for reading, working, sitting down.

Disliked:The elevators, carpet, hallways need some serious cleaning and updating. There is are some hidden fees that you get after check out even though you are already paying with booking. They refused to help with that it was a a steep charge.

Loved the stay, planning on returning

Liked:Everything. Very clean, excellent staff, beautiful decor and design, Japanese gardens, amazing neighborhood, incredible lobby.

Disliked:I wish cost of hotels generally wasn’t at this level, but this hotel looked like it was worth its price and was a reasonable value.

ok had a friend in assisted living nearby why we stayed here

Liked:close to person we were visiting/room was quiet

Disliked:no microwave in room or accessable in hotel/too expensive to park/no american food at all in hotel or nearby/tv had few or no channels we wanted to watch
