Four Seasons Standard did not suprise us :) always perfect

Liked:It is Four Seasons Hotel at the end:) The welcome was perfect, very helpful, very polite. We stayed only one night, the location was not perfect in my view in Business district which I couldn't realize when making my reservation, it all fit our expectations anyway so 9/10

Would book again for annual business trio

Liked:View was amazing, room was clean and functional - finishes are not luxurious but did the job for a business trip. Lobby restaurant food was great. Service from the staff was excellent.

Disliked:Gym is good but limited work put space for free weights exercises. Ok when not busy but tight when it is. Table and chair in the room nit super comfortable to work.

A great hotel with a boutique feel and amazing views

Liked:My husband and I had an amazing two-night stay at the Four Seasons Embarcadero in San Francisco. We booked one night through Amex Platinum and the second through Chase Luxury Travel, which both offered various benefits for doing so. When we arrived, Sequoia did a great job handling check-in—and informed us that we had been upgraded from a city view to a bay view room, one of the aforementioned benefits. Our room was beautiful and did indeed have incredible views of the skyline and bay, including Coit Tower, Alcatraz, and the Transamerica Pyramid. One morning, we had breakfast at Orafo, and the second morning, we ordered room service—both excellent (with breakfast credits included as benefits through Amex and Chase). I also used the gym—which was not huge, but clean and well-maintained. Last December, we stayed at the Four Seasons on Market Street. How do the two properties compare? Both are great; my husband preferred the one on Market Street, while I preferred Embarcadero (which is on Sansome Street). The advantages of Market Street are a more central location and access to the Equinox Sports Club (which has a pool). The advantages of Embarcadero are a newer building (more recently renovated), more of a boutique feel, and nicer views. But really, you can’t go wrong—both are fabulous. Thanks to the Four Seasons Embarcadero for the magnificent hospitality!
