Great bartender. Great vibe.

Liked:I had a great stay at CitizenM SF on Ellis. Was there for two days on business and spent the majority of my time working. Coming home to the center of the city, right by Union Square, was a joy. I love this area anyway. Such a cool historic place to be. And coming into this hotel and specifically the lounge area of the hotel, was a seamless transition from the cool exterior of the city into a perfect, secure area that made me feel at home. Carlaa was my bartender. And I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at the bar. I spoke with people from Brazil, Poland, and North Carolina and Carlaa was relatable and able to hold conversations (in multiple languages) with all of us. What an amazing human being. I have high expectations of CitizenM now because of Carlaa. Thanks Carlaa, see you for my next round.

Great Location, Better Staff

Liked:Wonderful service. Particularly at the lobby bar on the third floor. When checking in, we got there a bit before the time and after dropping our luggage off, the kind and friendly staff let me know when the room was available earlier. Rebekah was lovely and super attentive at the lobby bar. Overall a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and compact, but the staff are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Citizen M Bar, you owe me nothing!

Liked:Rebekah was a lovely bartender! She was super sweet and just the right amount of personal. Kitty made us feel super special and welcome at the bar when we first arrived. Definitely recommend the bar it’s a wonderful time! rosemary fries, prosciutto pizza, blueberry bliss, and citizen jasmine, you have my heart <3
