Sort the simple stuff.

Liked:Hotel itself is great. Perfect location. Rooms large and quiet.. Beds comfortable. Staff polite and friendly exoept ftont desk where it was a mixed bag. Breakfast had probably the best choiceI have ever seen. If bteakfast area is busy take your food outside to bar area for nice seating and view. I would stay again.

Disliked:Hotel let down by inconsistant front desk staff customer service levels. Knocked stars off for this. Sofa bed not made up before arrival. Sofa bed bedding not replaced through 7 night stay but main bedding was twice? Bath towels too small. Sofa bed mattress too thin.

Great hotel and location

Liked:Dawson at front desk is the best! Outstanding hotel, location on boardwalk, amenities etcetera. Great food, free water purified in the gym and the breakfast dining hall which is also free breakfast. First class massive breakfast for free. Clean facility, great pricing and awesome room views etc. This is the place to stay was great parking etcetera. Awesome.

Overall , it was a comfortable stay with a view.

Liked:Location and customer service are good.

Disliked:The room was dirty . Mirror had hand prints from maybe prior visit . Shower walls were not clean . Carpet old and dirty . Bed and sofa were clean . Requested crib for baby but crib did not have a a sturdy flat surface .It felt worn out and it has no support. I recommend bringing your own mattress pad for crib or using the sofa if you have a baby with you .

Our fave for SD

Liked:Stayed here twice. Once on other Marriott side and once on Residence side. Both times were enjoyable as the location is perfect. Free breakfast is busy but they restock often. Pool and bar outside are nice. Rooms were clean. Lots of laundry machines which took cards. Pricey $5 a load. Staff is friendly. Garage available but also pricey. Will stay here again.
