Disliked:Balcony, Sea view, Free toiletries, Bathrobe, Air conditioning, Safety deposit box, Desk, Video, TV, Internet facilities, Refrigerator, Telephone, Ironing facilities, Tea/Coffee maker, Radio, Pay-per-view channels, Heating, Flat-screen TV, Hairdryer, Cable channels, Wake-up service, Alarm clock, Laptop safe but we had no air conditioning on the 8th floor and were moved to a second floor downgraded unit with a noisy air conditioner

Avoid this one ! Poor value for money

Disliked:I would not recommend this property at all ! 1. I had booked this for the breakfast inclusive rate. They give a USD 30 per day credit for food instead. The amount lapses if not used daily. Cannot combine either. 2. Food is quite expensive so the USD 30 credit does not go a long way. One ends up paying twice that amount for a breakfast for 2. 3. The service at breakfast was very slow. Took 90 minutes total to serve one frittata & toast. 4. No one picks up the phone at front desk or housekeeping or in room dining when you dial from the room 5. Housekeeping did not clean our room . It is very disappointing to be out all day & return to a messy room ! When we requested for fresh towels, it took them 2 gentle reminders & 1 hour to send the towels 6. For the amount charged, one expects glassware in the room , not cheap paper cups. 7. In room dining is offered (technically) but there is no staff to serve it or anyone to take the order or even pick up the phone.

Liked:We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the last 2 months. They are slipping. The room this time was only ok. As a Hilton Gold member thought I could extend my checkout until noon. Denied. They can do better.
