Fantastic customer service

Liked:One of your front desk employees, I believe her name was Alyssa, was extremely helpful and considerate in getting us a room even though our reservation through Booking.com didn’t apparently come through to this hotel. She did a wonderful job of customer service and should be commended for being a fantastic employee. We will definitely stay here again and will be sure to use the Hilton Honors application rather than Booking.com.

Disliked:STAFF MEMBER WAS RUDE AND DID NOT GREET ME WHEN REQUESTING INFORMATION ABOUTTHE PARKING FOR DISABLED, IT WAS A OLDER AFRICAN AMERIAN WOMAN AT NIGHT. SHE IMMEDIATELY ASKED THE SECURITY GUY TO SHOW ME; HE HAPPILY HELPED WITHOUT BLINKING AN EYE.
