Liked:Location is great. They have the LE Swim Party onsight. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Disliked:My room was set for 59 degrees. When I adjusted the thermostat to 70, the heater would not shut off. It was 80 degrees when we awoke. I informed the housekeeper, & she put in a request for maintenance. It was fixed by the time we returned late afternoon.

This place is the best place to stay if your looking for an adventure

Liked:This location was great, close to the trolley and movie theater. We had such fun riding the trolley. Even though there was a special event during my stay. It did not affect us at all. It was just great. Restaurants were also in walking distance. Im so glad we stood there

Liked:The breakfast and other facilities were great

Disliked:The room had a lot of dirt and spots all over the doors , tv and tables… also a bad smell , I did communicate that with the hotel but the cleaners they sent was just very basic and everything was the same. Also the private parties that happened during our 3 days weekend stay as we were not able to use the pool and some other facilities during the day which was frustrating as I had to drive my kids other pools to spend the day, wish they mentioned that before the booking.
