It was probably the worst experience we've ever had at ANY hotel.

Liked:The person at the desk was able to reach the manager and get us to another property after hours of waiting.

Disliked:Upon arriving we learned that it was not a hotel, but a motel. We were disappointed but willing to stay since we were already there. We booked this place because of the favorable reviews highlighting cleanliness.The room was filthy and had a bug in the bed upon inspection and verification by the security guard on duty. The chairs had debris in the cushions (both), there was dirt in the sink, food splattered on the cabinet doors, the refrigerator was dirty and the floor had not been vacuumed at all. The security guard took pictures and informed the desk that the room was very dirty and had a bug in one of the beds. They then offered to send us to another of their properties on the other side of town. We had small children and were not able to get into the property they sent us to until 2 am the following morning. REALLY BAD

Disliked:Not the most helpful staff, water machine not working, not the most clean but did the job for the night.
