Wonderful location great place to enjoy San Diego.

Liked:It was an overbooking and they moved us to another property, and it was an upgrade, also pretty close to the original booking logistically. They were helpful cheerful apologetic for the change and really made her stay wonderful.

Disliked:Beautiful one bedroom apartment I can't begin to describe how fabulous the amenities were. I would definitely go back.

Overall it was a very nice stay.

Liked:The staff were amazing, checking in on us to see if we needed anything. They brought our luggage to our room which was above and beyond great service. The room was great, very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Disliked:The staff could tone back the sales pitches for the time share opportunities. I was unaware that this was a time share place and I purchased my own room for the two nights stay not realizing that I would receive so many phone calls to my room. We didn’t mind the first encounter when we got there which took out about 10 mins of our time before we reached our room, (we just got through a 3 hour drive and wanted to go strait to our room but we are very patient), however, the 3 calls to our room were a bit much. First call was to see if we needed anything which was a nice gesture. Second call was to see if we needed anything and if we were interested in timeshares. Third call was all about the timeshares and opportunities. It got to the point where we were semi dreading the next phone call because 1. It got annoying and invaded our peace and 2. We kept telling them that we were not interested. Now this was a wonderful place and we would love to come back because everything was exceptional but it was a little excessive.
