Liked:Someone was there to help me park and help me with my luggage.

Disliked:No one responded between 10pm - 3:15am. I didn't get any sleep. The person that stayed above me. Had company. Going up and down the steps. Letting the door slam. Yelling , talking so loud I could almost know what they were talking about. There was no one to call. The beds are to hard.. I could at least get back what I paid for parking. I lost out on 2 day stay. I went for rest and got the opposite.

It is okay for my short stay.

Liked:It was clean.

Disliked:The issue I had was there are no elevators and if you needed assistance with getting out the shower there is nothing to hold. I was a little uncomfortable with the homeless people around but they were on the outside of the gate. My bed also was sinking a little in the middle.

Liked:The location was really nice.. the unit was nice as well

Disliked:The parking situation was not the best but it worked out. The entrance to the building was stated to have two but your only able to enter through one. Little amenities were shy one roll of tissue no paper towel for the kitchen no hot water for the sinks but shower was fine. Will do it again if had too

Disliked:It was not clean and the pictures are definitely “glossed over” to show more updated photos. The ac unit went out the first night. You can hear everything and everyone with paper thin walls. The mattress was staying heavily with a blood spot that looked like it was from a bedbug dropping, and the pullout couch had stains on it as well. The linen was very itchy not sure the detergent that was used, but definitely not hypoallergenic detergent. It was miserable for the one night we stayed and we ended up booking a hotel. Even after submitting pictures and requesting a partial refund for the days, we did not stay. The property was also unwilling to do that.
