Overall, great place have stayed there a few times we stay there a lot more very good staff

Cheap and greedy management

Liked:I had a surprise parking charge on my credit card statement. When I checked in the clerk told me parking is free! Who pays for parking in the middle of no where is San Bernardino anyways! No notice of parking charge when I made reservations either but 2 days after I left I see a charge on my statement. The hotel is saying there are signs everywhere about parking fee as if I’m going to spend my vacation reading signs when the hotel clerk tells me it’s free! Cheap hotel. The AC was so old and made so much noise we had to turn it off t be able to sleep at night.

Nice with exception of alarm situation

Liked:Location and lots of restaurants

Disliked:Smoke alarm went off around 5:30 am and after calling the front desk, security came up and gave me cards to a new room next door. Although I was able to move my things next door, I thought they could have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience of having to move to another room at that time of morning.
