The room was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping did an outstanding job throughout the stay.
The staff was courteous, attentive, and professional, always willing to help and making the experience very pleasant.
Proximity to Sea World and various family activities make it a great location for family getaways.
Rooms are well done but one review mentioned an uncomfortable bed.
The resort offers a variety of amenities including pools, lazy rivers, and holiday decorations.
Standard quality for this hotel tier, considered decent for the experiences offered.
There was a good variety, the quality was excellent, and the service at the restaurants was efficient and friendly.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay at this property again.
