Overpriced and not well maintained

Liked:The location

Disliked:It is way overpriced for what you get, the room was supposed to have a view, but the windows are so dirty you can’t see it! When we arrived the shower wasn’t working and there was glass over the floor in the bathroom, it took several calls to get them to sort it out, after that the hot water wasn’t working and took ages to heat up! There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room and two tiny bottles of water which is poor considering how expensive the room was. I would also expect the staff to speak English if they are looking for international visitors.
