It was good but not exceptional

Liked:The rooms and breakfast were good.

Disliked:There was water all around the lobby the while time. They don’t have service late at night. They don’t have a private space in the beach.

Liked:Everything was perfect. Delicious breakfast and very comfortable and clean rooms. Right Amin the city center and close to the main beach.

Customer service could be more attentive.

Liked:Very good location and good breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Disliked:Staff unresponsive. Had to call twice to get an invoice. Could not figure out how to use the phone to call the reception. No gym. No spa. Humidity problem. The whole room was wet and humid when we hung stuff to dry from the beach. We didn't have any fresh water to drink. Only 1 small bottle.

Property was nice but I don't feel it rises to the level at what the cost was.

Liked:Very modern and well kept.

Disliked:The Jacuzzi in our room did not work and when we told the desk, little to nothing was done to resolve the issue. We never got it working and wasted hours of our vacation time trying to. Internet WiFi was poor and spotty. We were charged $30 for bringing our own drink to the pool. For what we spent nightly, I felt this was a little unfair.
