Disliked:As far as all inclusive...the drinks seem to be water down and not given in full size drink cups...the food buffet was cold and same food every day. Room pictures are over rated

Liked:Staff attitudes in general in San Andres are less attentive and accomodating than in most resort areas, there seems to be more of a sense of resentment towards visitors and a sense of entitlement than in other locations. Coffee/ beverage service was slow and forgetful, the snack bar often opened late, and the food was cold, both at the snack bar and at breakfast (cold eggs, french fries, hamburgers). For lunch the chicken was routinely horribly overcooked, cold, and dry. Dinner was definitely the best meal each day, quality-wise.
