Liked:The staff was wonderful, very helpful. The pool and beach area were excellent. Restaurant a bit expensive but the actual food itself was very good. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Beautiful hotel everything you want in a stay peaceful, relaxing and accommodating.

Great location but expensive.

Liked:Location: next to a pristine beach. A short car ride to Sámara.

Disliked:Poor breakfast quality. Nice (though expensive) dinner dishes. Would prefer one king size bed instead of 2 queens (we visited as a couple). Algae in the pool. No door between bedroom and bathroom so it’s bright daylight at 6am

Excellent location, friendly staff, no vibe, overpriced

Liked:The setting of the property, room was very spacious and modern, grounds were very well maintained

Disliked:The pool bar vibe was non existent, same song playlist on repeat all day everyday. Happy hour was too restrictive, had to order exactly the same cocktail to avail even though the price was exorbitant, $20 for two very low level cocktails. For a “lux” style hotel you would expect way better range of bar service and upscale, even the glasses were disappointing
