Liked:Very good location in Barra and quiet at night. The breakfast was a good variety. Very good value for money.
Disliked:The room had a water leak and had to be resolved resulting in us moving to a slightly smaller room. There was no view from the room. Building works were occuring whilst we were there

We didnt even stay one night

Disliked:Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding our reservation made through Booking.com. On March 10th, we contacted the platform via chat requesting check-in information and provided our Brazilian phone number. We were informed that we would receive instructions two days before the reservation, which did not happen. Yesterday, on the day of our arrival (at 3:12 PM), we also provided an international number (Malta) because we had not yet received any information. The host, Cristian, said he had added our WhatsApp number and would contact us there. Our flight from São Paulo to Salvador arrived at 9 PM, and up to that point we had not received check-in instructions, nor any support from the host Cristian or the Seazone team. We spent more than an hour trying to contact them, without success, and were forced to pay R$240 for a last-minute hotel to spend the night. Only after more than two hours did the host respond, claiming they couldn't get in touch and sending a screenshot with an incorrect phone number, different from the one we provided previously. In addition to all the inconvenience and extra cost caused by the host's failure, upon arriving at the property today, we found completely unacceptable conditions: • Strong smell of garbage, rot, or sewage in the kitchen and living room • Wet and dirty floor right at the entrance • Bathroom smelling of sewage • Extremely dirty shower stall • Dirt and fingerprints on the walls and surfaces, especially in the kitchen and bedroom! Given the entire situation, lack of communication, additional cost, and unsanitary conditions of the property, we consider it unacceptable to remain there. We urgently request: 1. Relocation to a property in adequate conditions or a full refund of the reservation 2. Refund of the R$240 paid for the hotel due to the check-in failure We await an immediate response, as the situation is extremely serious. Sincerely, Julia

Warning Noise from Construction

Disliked:The Construction When i booked there was no mention of all the Construction until I arrived First was told it starts at 10am Wrong It started at 730am Also walls are paper thin. Could hear TVs and other guests. One guy had his TV on all night till the next morning
