Comfortable Hotel

Liked:Nice comfortable rooms, good showers and wifi. The swimming pool area was really nice.

Disliked:I would advise to get a room on the rear of the hotel and not facing the beach as there is a major building site that operates from 7am every day.

It’s more a 2 star hotel

Liked:The hotel has a great location, but leaves much to be desired in terms of a 4 star hotel

Disliked:The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, especially the shower stall, which was visibly dirty. The air conditioning was quite noisy and seemed to be lacking proper maintenance. The balcony door couldn’t close properly.

Unpleasantly noisy sea view rooms overlooking a building site and the hotel is in need of a serious facelift.

Liked:Its location and walk ability is good.

Disliked:I booked a sea view room with a balcony and got a sea view, with a great big building site in front of the hotel. They work 7 days a week, it’s noisy with drilling and breaking ground, as building a hotel and refurbishing an existing building is. It was awful and not relaxing or beautiful as you’d expect, especially for the price. The hotel as a whole is old and is in need of a serious facelift. Breakfast was chaotic over the weekend and it was clear that the staff were struggling to keep up with the turnaround of people.

Enjoyable family stay

Liked:We liked the location, easy walking distance to the beach and on a road with lots of bus access that can be used to explore further. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately the water was too cold to try the pool but was a nice area to sit particularly of an evening for some drinks.

Disliked:We arrived late evening and settled our payment on arrival . When leaving in the early hours of the morning to get a flight, I was told I needed to pay the remainder of the room. Informed them I had paid and kept being told I hadn’t. Luckily I could show my online bank statement but still they weren’t convinced. Then I located my receipt which showed payment. I would be concerned if someone hadn’t got their receipt they would be made to pay again!
