Nightmare in Salvador

Liked:It is located next to a mall and breakfast was ok

Disliked:The staff are horrible. We arrived early and none of the rooms were ready even for paid early check in. We waited until 2pm then to be told the linens were on their way from a company and had not arrived yet. We stayed in the lobby until 3.30pm only then to be told they had an issue with the vehicle so they still had not arrived. Only because we asked to speak to a manager were the rooms released and he as well offered no valid compensation as we did not need late checkout nor room upgrades. If this is your last option available to stay in Salvador you're better off sleeping on the sidewalk. Also there are several baby roaches infesting all 33 floors.
